RESOLUTION NO. 85-30
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEWARD, ALASKA, APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR PHASE II
OF THE CHEMICAL BANK CONTRACT FOR MIC MARKETING
WHEREAS, the City Council has formally approved Phase II of
the Chemical Bank contract for MIC Marketing; and

HHEREAS, the funds for this project have not yet been appro-
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to transfer
$100,000 from the General Fund-Fund Balance Account No. 101-000-271-00-
-00 to the MIC Port Marketing Account No. 101-115-516-15-39.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon
its adoption.
