CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 85-40
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEWARD, ALASKA, SETTING CAMPGROUND FEES IN
DESIGNATED CITY CAMPING AREAS
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 78-22 designated the following areas
as public campgrounds:
(a) Forest Acres Campground;
(b) the beach area bounded by the Small Boat Harbor
south breakwater, Fourth Avenue, Ballaine Boulevard,
Railway Avenue and the Ferry Terminal Building; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 84-22 rescinded camping fees for use
of these designated areas; and
WHEREAS, the city has requested proposals for the collection
of campground fees for these designated areas;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. The fee for camping in designated City of Seward
Campgrounds is hereby set at Four Dollars ($4.00) per day, payable in
advance.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon
its adoption.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD,
ALASKA, this 22 day of April , 19 85.
