RESOLUTION NO. 84-16
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEWARD, ALASKA, AMENDING THE FY84 BUDGET BY APPROPRIATING
FUNDS FROM THE GENERAL FUND-FUND BALANCE TO THE ECONOMIC
DEVELOPMENT/COMMUNITY PROMOTION DEPARTMENT TO COVER THE COST
OF ITEMS ORDERED IN FY83 BUT NOT BILLED UNTIL FY84
WHEREAS, sufficient funds were available in the FY83 Economic
Development and Community Promotion Department budget to cover the
following expenses:

WHEREAS, said items were ordered in FY83 but were not de-
livered and invoiced until FY84; and
WHEREAS, salary for the student intern was budgeted in FY83
with the express consent of Council that the excess funds would revert
to the General Fund-Fund Balance and be available for reappropriation in
FY84; and

RESOLUTION NO. 84-16
WHEREAS, funds budgeted for the above items reverted to the
General Fund-Fund Balance at the close of FY83 and have not been appro-
priated in the current year;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. The FY84 budget of the City of Seward is hereby
amended by transferring $13,402.17 from the General Fund-Fund Balance
Account No. 101-00-271-00-00 to the Economic Development/Community
Promotion Department Budget account numbers as follows:

101-115-516-10-18 190.00
101-115-516-10-22 125.93
101-115-516-10-24 86.84
101-115-516-10-26 50.00

Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon
its adoption.
