RESOLUTION NO. 84-21
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEWARD, ALASKA, CHARGING OFF CERTAIN UNCOLLECTIBLE
HARBOR ACCOUNTS TOTALLING $5,337.37
WHEREAS, certain delinquent Harbor accounts have been deemed
uncollectible;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. The City Manager and the City Clerk are hereby
instructed to charge off as uncollectible those Harbor accounts total-
ling $5,337.37, listed individually in Exhibit "A" which is attached and
incorporated herein, and the same shall be stricken from the accounts
receivable of the City of Seward.
Section 2. The City Manager and the City Clerk are further
instructed that should any of the accounts be paid, such paid accounts
shall be deemed revived.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon
its adoption.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD,
ALASKA, this 12th day of Mqrch , 19P4.
