RESOLUTION NO. 95-147
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR
DEVELOPMENT OF AN INDIRECT COST ALLOCATION
PLAN FOR THE CITY
WHEREAS, on November 27, 1995, the City Council approved Resolution No. 95-140,
authorizing the purchase of software for the development of a cost allocation plan for the City; and
WHEREAS, although the staff memorandum specified that funds for this purchased would
be appropriated from the General Fund Fund Balance, the resolution approving the purchase failed
to authorize the appropriation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. The sum of$39,500 is hereby appropriated from the General Fund Fund Balance
Account No. 10 1-3050-0000 to the Finance Department Contract Services Account No. 101-1140-
5390 for the purchase of software for cost determination models and to develop an indirect cost
allocation plan for the City's operations.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the city of Seward, Alaska, this II th
day of December, 1995.
