RESOLUTION NO. 84-30
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEWARD, ALASKA, AMENDING THE FY84 BUDGET BY APPROPRIATING
GRANT FUNDS FROM THE MISCELLANEOUS GRANT ACCOUNT TO THE
POLICE DEPARTMENT TRAVEL AND SUBSISTENCE ACCOUNT
WHEREAS, the Seward Police Department was awarded a Highway
Safety Grant by the State Department of Public Safety; and
WHEREAS, included in this grant were funds for travel and
subsistence; and

budget;
WHEREAS, a total of $760 in the Highway Safety Grant related
expenses have been charged against the Police Department's
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. The City Manager is authorized to transfer $760
from the Miscellaneous Grant Account No. 101-000-342-15-00 to the Police
Department Travel and Subsistence Account No. 101-121-526-10-24.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon
its adoption.

ALASKA, this 9th day of April , 1984
