RESOLUTION NO. 85-57
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEWARD, ALASKA, APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR DEVELOPING
FINANCING ALTERNATIVES FOR THE
SPRING CREEK CORRECTIONAL CENTER
WHEREAS, the State Legislature appropriated $25,000 in grant
monies to the City of Seward for developing financing alternatives for
the Spring Creek Correctional Center which the City has not yet
received;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to transfer
$25,000 from the General Fund-Fund Balance Account No. 101-000-271-00-00
to Capital Project No. 223000 for developing financing alternatives for
the Spring Creek Correctional Center.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon
its adoption.

ALASKA, this 29th day of May , 1985
