CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 85-58
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEWARD, ALASKA, APPROPRIATING FUNDS TO CONSTRUCT THE
SMALL BOAT HARBOR BOARDWALK PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City Council approved the Small Boat Harbor
Master Plan which includes a plan for construction of a boardwalk along
the harbor waterfront;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. The City Hanager is hereby authorized to transfer
$15,000 from the Harbor Fund-Fund Balance Account No. 401-000-271-00-00
to Capital Project No. 212000 for the construction of a boardwalk along
the Small Boat Harbor waterfront.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon
its adoption.
