CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 85-59
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEWARD, ALASKA, REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 82-65,
RELATIVE TO THE ELECTRIC SURCHARGE
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 85-55, which was adopted at the May
13, 1985, City Council meeting, established rates and charges for
electric power as recommended by an April 1985, Cost of Service and Rate
Study; and
WHEREAS, the established rates and charges reflect the current
cost of providing power to customers; and
WHEREAS, a separate electric surcharge, as established by
Resolution No. 82-65, is not required with the new rate schedule;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. Resolution No. 82-65 is hereby repealed.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD,
ALASKA, this 29th day of May , 19 85
