CITY OF SEWARD. ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 84-43
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEWARD, ALASKA, APPROVING THE RECEIPT OF
A MUNICIPAL ASSISTANCE GRANT FROM THE STATE
FOR A RADIO TRANSLATOR
WHEREAS. the 1984 Legislature through SB 94, appropriated a
$38,000 grant for the purpose of purchase and installation of a radio
translator; and
WHEREAS, AS 37.05.315 requires that the City accept this grant
by Ordinance or Resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. The grant of $38,000 for the radio translator is
accepted.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon
its adoption.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD,
ALASKA, this 29th day of May , 1984
