RESOLUTION NO, 83-34
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CHANGE TO
THE SEWARD LAND USE PLAN
WHEREAS, the Kenai Peninsula Borough has adopted a Land Use Plan
for the City of Seward; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held before the Seward Advisory
Planning and Zoning Commission on June 8, 1983 regarding an amendment
to the Seward Land Use Plan; and
WHEREAS, the Seward Advisory Planning and Zoning Commission on
June 8, 1983 did adopt a motion amending the Seward Land Use Plan;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1, The Seward Land Use Plan be amended to reflect the
following change:
That Lot 1, Block 1, and Lot 1, Block 2, North Harbor Subdivision
be changed from an Industry-General designation to an Auto-Oriented
Commercial designation,
Section 2, The Assembly of the Kenai Peninsula Borough is respect-
fully requested to adopt the necessary ordinance to make this change at
the earliest practical date.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon
adoption,
