RESOLUTION NO. 84-57
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEWARD, ALASKA, SETTING THE SALARY FOR THE CITY MANAGER
AND RESCINDING ALL PRIOR RESOLUTIONS IN CONFLICT HEREWITH
vffiEREAS, Ronald A. Garzini has been permanently appointed to
the position of City Manager for the City of Seward, Alaska, to perform
or provide for the performance of all the duties of said office as
described in Section 5.4 of the Seward Home Rule Charter, Sections
2.30.050 and 2.30.060 of the Seward City Code, and as otherwise required
by law;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1.
of $62,000 annually
benefits pursuant to
Ronald A. Garzini shall be compensated at the rate
and further is entitled to any additional fringe
Chapter 17 of the Seward City Code.
Section 2. In addition to his annual compensation and fringe
benefits set forth in Section 1 of this resolution, Ronald A. Garzini
shall be granted a lump sum bonus in the amount of $3,100, representing
5% of his gross annual salary, payable on July 1, 1984.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect July 1, 1984.
