RESOLUTION NO. 84-58
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEWARD, ALASKA, SETTING THE SALARY FOR THE CITY CLERK/
PERSONNEL OFFICER AND RESCINDING ALL PRIOR RESOLUTIONS IN
CONFLICT HEREWITH
WHEREAS, Linda S. Murphy has been permanently appointed to the
position of City Clerk/Personnel Officer for the City of Seward, Alaska,
to perform or provide for the performance of all of the duties of said
office as described in Section 5.5 of the Seward Home Rule Charter,
Section 2.30.080 of the Seward City Code, and as otherwise required by
law;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1.
of $41,500 annually
benefits pursuant to
Linda S. Murphy shall be compensated at the rate
and further is entitled to any additional fringe
Chapter 17 of the Seward City Code.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect July 1, 1984.
