CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 84-61
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEWARD, ALASKA, APPROPRIATING FUNDS TO THE ENGINEERING
MAINTENANCE REPAIR ACCOUNT FROM THE GENERAL
FUND ACCOUNT FOR SIDEWALK REPAIRS
WHEREAS, there are several areas in the Central Business
District which require upgrade of the existing sidewalks; and
WHEREAS, additional funds are required for the performance of
this work; and
WHEREAS, the total cost for this project will be $10,150.00;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. The sum of $10,150.00 is hereby appropriated from
the General Fund-Fund Balance Account No. 101-000-271-00-00 to the
Engineering Maintenance Repair Account 101-123-528-10-38.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect July 1, 1984.
