CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 84-62
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEWARD, ALASKA, ESTABLISHING AN ANNUAL PERMIT FEE
FOR MOBILE HOME PARKS AND CAMPER PARKS
WHEREAS, Section 21.20.030 of the Seward City Code provides
that the City Council shall establish an annual permit fee for mobile
home parks and camper parks; and
WHEREAS, it is the intent of the Council to establish a fee
for such permits in order to offset some of the administrative costs of
processing such permits;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. The annual permit fee for mobile home parks shall
be $150.00; and
Section 2. The annual permit fee for camper parks shall be
$150.00.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon
its adoption.
