HomeMy WebLinkAboutRes1995-154 , ~ , Sponsored by: Garzini CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA RESOLUTION NO. 95-154 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA, APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR YOUTH CENTER EQUIPMENT AND FURNITURE WHEREAS, the Seward Teen Council and the Parks and Recreation Youth Center staff have developed a list of equipment, furniture and supplies for the new youth center; and WHEREAS, funding is available within the General Fund Fund Balance designated for youth center renovations; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that: Section 1. The sum of $30,000 is hereby appropriated from the General Fund Fund Balance designated for youth center renovations account number 101-0000-3 04l to the General Fund Youth Center expenditures account number 1 01-1430-5XXX as follows: 101-1430-5l30 101-1430-5150 101-1430-5410 101-1430-5440 10 1-1430-5930 Subscriptions and Dues Communications Office Supplies Operating Supplies Equipment $60.00 600.00 900.00 8,775.00 19,665.00 Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption. PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the city of Seward, Alaska, this II th day of December, 1995. The motion to reconsider was brought before the Council at its January 8, 1996, meeting and failed to be approved; therefore, the resolution stands approved as voted in December.
