RESOLUTION NO. 84-88
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEWARD, ALASKA, RE-APPROPRIATING FUNDS TO CLOSE OUT THE
EMERGENCY GENERATOR PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City Council appropriated funds for the installa-
tion of emergency generator equipment in the FY84 operating budget; and
WHEREAS, only 80% of the Contract was paid prior to the close
of FY84; and
WHEREAS, on June 30, 1984, the funds remaining in the Fire
Department Budget for completion of the project were placed in the
General Fund-Fund Balance; and
WHEREAS, the Contractor, Air-Tek, Inc., has completed the
project and has invoiced the City for the remaining Contract balance of
$4,501.80; and
WHEREAS, to complete installation of the generator it was
necessary to purchase a 24-volt fuel pump in the amount of $123.73;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:

1. The City Manager is authorized to transfer
the General Fund-Fund Balance Account No.
to the Fire Department Account No. 101-122-527-10-93
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon
its adoption.
