CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 83-57
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEWARD, ALASKA, APPROVING THE RECEIPT OF A MUNICIPAL ASSISTANCE
GRANT FROM THE STATE FOR THE LOWELL CREEK STORM SEWER REPAIR
WHEREAS, Chapter 107 SLA 1983 appropriated a $2,200,000 grant
for the purposes of the Lowell Creek stOrID sewer repair; and
WHEREAS, AS 37.05.315 requires that the City accept this grant
by Ordinance or Resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. The grant of $2,200,000 for the Lowell Creek stOrID
sewer repair is accepted.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon
its adoption.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD,
ALASKA, this 22 day of August , 1983.
