A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEWARD, ALASKA, SETTING RATES AND CHARGES FOR
WATER SERVICE FOR THE PERIOD COMMENCING SEPTEMBER 15, 1983
CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. R1-h7
and
WHEREAS, the City of Seward owns and operates a water system;
WHEREAS, Section 22.10.050 of the Seward City Code requires
that water rates and charges shall be fixed by resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. A schedule of water rates and charges shall be
established by class as follows:
A. Residential or domestic service within the City limits of

D. Water supplied to ships moored at a dock temporarily
shall be furnished at a minimum rate of $150.00 per
fillup for any amount up to 100,000 gallons, and $1.12
per thousand gallons for any amount over 100,000 gallons.
