RESOLUTION NO. 83-74
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEWARD, ALASKA, AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF CERTAIN CITY
PROPERTY (LOT 2, JESSE LEE HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION ADDITION)
WHEREAS, the property described in this resolution has been
offered for public sale; and
WHEREAS, it is in the public interest to complete the sale of
this property to the purchaser and for the price specified;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. The property described as follows shall be sold to
Jean Von Dohrmann for the price of $63,200.00:
Lot 2, Jesse Lee Heights Subdivision, Addition No.1.
Section 2. The City Manager is authorized and directed to
execute a standard form quit claim deed upon receipt of the purchase
price.
Section 3. The resolution shall take effect 30 days after
passage and posting.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD,
ALASKA, this 26th day of September , 1983.

District, Third Judicial District, State of Alaska.
TOGETHER llITH, ALL AND SINGULAR, the tenements, hereditaments, and
appurtenances thereunto belonging or anywise appertaining, and subject
to the rights and reservations expressed in patent to said land, exist-
ing easements far roads, power, lights and other utilities and restric-
tions of record, and to encroachments ascertainable by physical inspec-
tion of the property.
