RESOLUTION NO. 83-75
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEWARD, ALASKA, AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF CERTAIN CITY
PROPERTY (LOT 3, JESSE LEE HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION ADDITION)
WHEREAS, the property described in this resolution has been
offered for public sale; and
WHEREAS, it is in the public interest to complete the sale of
this property to the purchaser and for the price specified;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. The property described as follows shall be sold to
Frank Irick, dba M & I Partnership, for the price of $187,500.00:
Lot 3, Jesse Lee Heights Subdivision, Addition No.1.
Section 2. The City Manager is authorized and directed to
execute a standard form quit claim deed upon receipt of the purchase
price.
Section 3. The resolution shall take effect 30 days after
passage and posting.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD,
ALASKA, this 26th day of September , 1983.

QUITCLAIM DEED
The Grantor, THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA, a home rule municipality
organized and existing under the laws of the State of Alaska, for and in
consideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) lawful money of the
United States of America, and other good and valuable considerations in
hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby convey
and quitclaim unto the Grantee, FRANK IRICK, DBA M & I PARTNERSHIP, a
partnership whose address is PO Box 775, Seward, Alaska, 99664, the
following described real property. situated in the Seward Recording
District. Third Judicial District, State of Al~ska. to wit:
LOT 3, JESSE LEE HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION ADDITION NO.2,
according to the PLAT thereof. filed as PLAT NO.
83-32, on December 1, 1983, in the Seward Recording
District, Third Judicial District, State of Alaska.
TOGETHER WITH, ALL AND SINGULAR, the tenements, hereditaments. and
appurtenances thereunto belonging or anywise appertaining I and subj ec t
to the rights and reservations expressed in patent ,to said land, exist-

ing easements for roads, power, lights and other utilities and restric-
tions of record, and to encroachments ascertainable by physical inspec-
cion of the property.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises, all and singular, together with
the appurtenances and privileges thereto incident unto said Grantees and
to their heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, FOREVER.
