RESOLUTION NO. 83-80
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEWARD, ALASKA, AMENDING THE FY 84 BUDGET BY APPROPRIATING
FUNDS FROM THE GENERAL FUND-FUND BALANCE TO THE CITY CLERK'S
DEPARTMENT FOR THE PURCHASE OF A TYPEWRITER ORDERED IN FY 83
WHEREAS, sufficient funds were available in the City Clerk's
FY 83 equipment budget to purchase a Xerox 620 Memory Typewriter; and
WHEREAS, said typewriter was ordered and delivered to the
Clerk's Department in February 1983; and
WHEREAS, the Xerox invoice for payment was received after the
close of FY 83; and
WHEREAS, the funds budgeted for the purchase of the typewriter
reverted to the General Fund-Fund Balance at the close of FY 83;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. The FY 84 Budget for the City of Seward is hereby
amended by transferring $1827 from the General Fund-Fund Balance Account
No. 101-00-271-00-00 to the City Clerk's Equipment Budget Account No.
101-113-514-10-93.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon
its adoption.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD,
ALASKA, this 14th day of November , 1983.
