HomeMy WebLinkAboutRes1983-089 . . . - e CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA RESOLUTION NO. 83-89 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA, REQUESTING THE KENAI PENINSULA BOROUGH AMEND THE SEWARD LAND USE PLAN DESIGNATION FOR LOTS 2-3, JESSE LEE HEIGHTS ADDITION NUMBER 2, FROM PUBLIC DEVELOPED MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL WHEREAS, the Kenai Peninsula Borough has adopted a Land Use Plan for the City of Seward; and WHEREAS, the Seward Land Use Plan designates Lots 2-3, Jesse Lee Heights Subdivision Number 2, as Public Developed; and WHEREAS, the Seward Advisory Planning and Zoning Commission, at its meeting of November 9, 1983, recommended the Land Use Plan designation for the area be changed from Public Developed to Multi- Family Residential; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that: Section 1. The Kenai Peninsula Borough Assembly is hereby requested to amend the Seward Land Use Plan, changing the designation for Lots 2-3, Jesse Lee Heights Subdivision Addition No.2, from Public Developed to Multi-Family Residential. Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption. PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA, this 28th day of November , 1983.
