RESOLUTION 2006-111
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD,
ALASKA, ADOPTING THE WASTEWATER ENTERPRISE FUND
BUDGET FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2007
WHEREAS, on October 9, 2006, the City Manager submitted to the City Council a
proposed budget for the City of Seward for Calendar Year 2007; and
WHEREAS, the budget was introduced to the public at the regularly scheduled Council
meeting of October 9,2006, and work sessions conducted on October 16, 17, 19, and 20 were
televised; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing is to be held on the proposed budget on October 23,2006,
with final adoption scheduled for November 27,2006.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:

Section 1. The Wastewater Enterprise Fund budget for Calendar Year 2007 which is
attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference and which contains estimated revenues and
expenses for the period January 1 - December 31, 2007, is HEREBY ADOPTED, and the
necessary funds are hereby appropriated.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect January 1, 2007.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Seward, Alaska, this 2ih
day of November, 2006.
