ORDINANCE NO. 348
AN ORDINANCE DELETING SUB-SECTION (C) OF SECTION 10.102 AND
RE-LETTERING SUB-SECTION (D) TO (C) AND SUB-SECTION (E) TO (D);
AND REVISING SECTION 10.108 TO DECLARE CITY OvfflERSHIP AND METHOD
OF DISPOSING OF ARTICLES PLACED ON CITY SANITARY LANDFILL-OF THE
SEWARD GENERAL CODE OF ORDINANCES.

The Cityof Seward, Alaska, ordains: "
