RESOLUTION 2006-36
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY F SEWARD,
ALASKA, AMENDING THE CITY PARKING FEES S HEDULE FOR
CITY-OWNED PARKING LOTS AS LISTED IN ATT HMENT A
WHEREAS, the goal of the City is the appropriate ma gement of the parking lots in an
effective, efficient and responsive manner; and
WHEREAS, this management style requires a st y of fees, uses and policies; and
WHEREAS, the Administration has amende he former schedule in the form of Attachment
A in such a fashion as to reflect the perceived wisJ~les of the community; and
WHEREAS, parking fees are set by resolution of the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT SOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. City Cou 1 amends the City parking fee schedule for City-owned parking
lots as listed in Attachment A.
Section 2. Thi~/Resolution shall take effect ten (10) days following adoption.
