Resolution 2004-129,approving Amendment No. 1 to the agreement by and between the City of Seward and Qutekcak Bob Valdatta Native Tribe for operating and maintaining the Seward Mariculture Council Member Research Center and Shellfish Hatchery and approving the Term Expires 2005 assignment of the agreement to Chugach Regional Resources 3 Commission Dorene Lorenz Council Member B. Resolution 2004-130,accepting a $120,000 grant from the Term Expires 2006 Office of the Governor of the State of Alaska for the support of the Kevin Clark Seward Shellfish Hatchery, authorizing the City Manager to enter Council Member into an agreement with the State of Alaska for the grant funds, Term Expires 2005 authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement with Qutekcak Native Tribe to pass through the grant funds and Phil Shealy 16 appropriating the funds . City Manager C. Resolution 2004-131, authorizing the City Manager to amend the Jean Lewis contract with Dryden & Larue, Inc., an engineering firm hired by the City City Clerk to do the design of the relocation of the 69 KV transmission line in the Brad Meyen vicinity of the three bridges for a total price of $45,000 which will be Cheryl Brooking 22 reimbursed by the State of Alaska City Attorney D. Resolution 2004-132, authorizing the City Manager to enter into a contract with Marmon & Harrington to purchase a new front-end assembly 29 for the Electric Department line truck at a price not to exceed $25,000. Resolution 2004-133, authorizing the city manager to enter into a rental agreement with Chugach Electric Association (CEA) to extend the rental period for a 70 foot bucket truck by one month for a cost of approximately $9,600, which when added to the one month we have already 32 rented the truck for, is a total cost of approximately $19,200. 8.
