Request by Alaska Railroad Corporation (ARRC) to amend the Land Use Plan and zoning designation of a portion of Alaska Railroad Right-of-Way from Industrial to Auto Commercial. The property is generally located north of Port Avenue between Lot I, Block 2, North Harbor Subdivision (1602 Seward Highway) on the west side and the ARRC tracks on the east side. B. Request by James T. Pruitt for a setback variance to allow a one to three foot doorway overhang into the required 20 foot front yard setback on Lot I, Block 3, Leirer Industrial Subdivision(Prelirninary Plat), located at 1714 Leirer Road. C. Review of proposed amendmentto the Seward Zoning Code Table 15.10.225 to prohibit Lodging, hotel, motel, inn and lodge in the Multi-Family Residen- tial (RJ) Zoning District 9.
