"}Jitter Keepers," for animal control services from October I, 1998, to June 30, 2000, at an annual rate of $48,375 and providing for two one-year extensions based upon satisfactory performance. *2. Resolution No. 98-118, adopting an altemative method for the FY 99 Shared Fisheries Business Tax Program and certifying that this allocation method fairly represents the distribution of significant effects of fisheries business activity in the Cook Inlet Fisheries Management Area and authorizing the City Manager to apply for funds from the Shared Fisheries Business Tax Program. *3.
