NOTE: Following the executive session, the City Council will
meet in a work session beginning at 6:30 p.m. to discuss
the status of the Seward Forest Products lease and lease
site concerns. Following this discussion, the City Council
will receive an overview of the adm inistration' s proposed
FY 98 budget guidelines and schedule and will discuss
budget policy issues of concern or importance to the
Council.
