WHFRF.AS, on October 2, 2007, the City Manager submitted to the City Council a
prupus~d budget for the City of Seward for Calendar Ycar 2(iOR; and
W'HF.RGAS, the budget was introduced at the regularly scheduled Council meeting on
October 8, 2007, and work sessions are conducted and televised on Uctober 29, October 30,
November 1, and November ?. 2007; and
R IILRE:IS, public hearings are held on the proposed budget at Uctober 22, 2007 a[rd
l~nvember 13, 2007, with final adoption scheduled for November 26, 2007.
