CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
ORDINANCE NO. 95-13
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, AMENDING THE LAND USES ALLOWED
TABLE 15.10.225 TO ALLOW AUTO AND RV SALES AND
RENTALS IN THE HARBOR COMMERCIAL DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the composition and uses in the Harbor Commercial District have
been changing from industriaVfishing to recreation/visitor; and
WHEREAS, in response to a request by local businesses, the Planning and Zoning
Commission has recommended an amendment to the Land Uses Allowed Table 15.10.225
to allow auto and RV rentals in the Harbor Commercial District;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD,
ALASKA HEREBY ORDAINS that:
Section 1. Seward City Code Table 15.10.225, Land Uses Allowed, is hereby
amended by modifying the following designations and limitations:
Use
Zoning Districts
AutolRV sales and rentals
AC, HC and I by Outright Use
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect ten (10) days following its enacbnent.

7th day of August, 1995.
