Go Into Executive Session To Give Direction To The City Attorney Regarding The Recent Ninth Circuit Decision In The Resurrection Bay Conservation Alliance /Alaska Community Action on Toxics vs. The City of Seward The meeting will be conducted in City Council Chambers, City Hall, 410 Adams Street, Seward. All interested persons are invited to attend the special meeting, however executive sessions are closed to the public.
