NOTICE OF -
SPECIAL MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Seward City Council will meet in a special meeting
on August 3, 2011.
The City Council Special Meeting will begin following adjournment of the City Council Appeal
Hearing, which is scheduled to begin at 7:05 p.m., for the purpose of:
1. Go into executive session on matters pertaining to pending
litigation in Resurrection Bay Conservation Alliance and Alaska
Community Action on Toxics vs. The City of Seward to give direction
to the City Attorney.
The special meeting will be conducted in City Council Chambers, City Hall, 410 Adams
Street, Seward. All interested persons are invited to attend.

Pursuant to Seward City Code 2.10.030 (2), this is to serve as
the written notice calling a Special Council Meeting on August
3, 2011 following the adjournment of the 7:05 p.m. City
Council Appeal Hearing for the purpose of:

Alaska Community Action on Toxics vs. The City of Seward
