the written notice calling a Special Council Meeting on
Monday, February 27, 2012 for the purpose of:
Go Into Executive Session To Discuss Matters Pertaining To
Pending Litigation Of Resurrection Bay Conservation
Alliance Vs. The City Of Seward And Give Direction To The
City Attorney.

SPECIAL MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Seward City Council will meet in a special meeting
on February 27, 2012, following the adjournment of the February 27, 2012 regular city council
meeting for the purpose of:
1. Go Into Executive Session To Discuss Matters Pertaining To The Pending Litigation Of
Resurrection Bay Conservation Alliance vs. The City Of Seward And Give Direction To The
City Attorney.
The meeting will be conducted in City Council Chambers, City Hall, 410 Adams Street,
Seward. All interested persons are invited to attend the special meeting; however executive sessions
are closed to the public.
