Pursuant to Seward City Code 2.10.030 (2), this is to serve as
the written notice calling a Special Council Meeting on Friday,
March 16, 2012 at 12:00 p.m. for the purpose of:
Go Into Executive Session To Discuss Matters Pertaining To Pending Litigation
Of Gillespie vs. City of Seward And Resurrection Bay Conservation Alliance
(RBCA) vs. City of Seward And Give Direction To The City Attorney.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Seward City Council will meet in a special meeting
on March 16, 2012 at 12:00 p.m. for the purpose of:
Go Into Executive Session To Discuss Matters Pertaining To Pending Litigation Of
Gillespie vs. City of Seward And Resurrection Bay Conservation Alliance (RBCA) vs.
City of Seward And Give Direction To The City Attorney.
The meeting will be conducted in City Council Chambers, City Hall, 410 Adams Street,
Seward. All interested persons are invited to attend the special meeting; however executive sessions
are closed to the public.
