NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Seward City Council will meet in a special meeting on
Monday, September 14, 2015 following adjournment of the 7:00 p.m. Regular Meeting for the
purpose of:
1. Go into executive session to discuss matters pertaining to threatened or pending
litigation with Orion Marine Contractors, Inc.
The meeting will be conducted in City Council Chambers,City Hall,410 Adams Street,Seward. All
interested persons are invited to attend.
