The tourney guide was a big hit with advertising sales beating those of the MMR & 4" Festival guide and those of the SSD guide. To me, clearly showing that growing the "shoulder season" is top of mind for everyone. The 4 day July 4" Festival went very well, I've heard both Chief Tom Clemons and Fire Chief Eddie Athey comment on the surprising good behavior of the crowds! Joe Fong and the Ski Patrol that are responsible for mountain first aid reported no significant injuries. If you're listening — sorry Dan Linkhart! Justine showed me the emergency room photos of that gash on your leg when she picked up your Finisher shirt. Probably because you toughed it out and finished the race — your injury was designated "insignificant". Because we upgraded our server to be better, bigger & faster . . . our website did not crash on the 4" of July — like it did last year. Close to 30K website visits.
