I understand that the military will be making a presentation at the April 8 meeting
Board of Directors concerning its Northern Edge training exercise which will occur in the Gulf of Alaska
in May.

Phillip Blanchett The City of Seward passed a resolution concerning the Northern Edge exercise which
Director&Vice President was conducted later that year. Enclosed are eight copies of an update we recently
Carol Kalafatic published, giving Eyak Preservation Council's views on what has changed since that
Director&Secretary time and what concerns remain. Please provide a copy to each council member,and
Carol Hoover one is for your records.
