1. Casual and isolated sales or rentals by seller in the business of selling goods and services, or
making rentals;but only if:
A. The total annual gross sales for goods sold, services rendered or rentals made by the seller
does not exceed $2500 per year.

BUSINESS OWNER CERTIFICATION: I hereby certify that I do not anticipate Annual gross sales
to exceed $2500. I understand it is my responsibility to collect sales tax if I reach gross sales
greater than $2500 and to contact the Kenai Peninsula Borough Sales Tax Department to
reinstate my sales tax filing liability. I acknowledge that I am required to keep and preserve
suitable records of all sales made for a period of 3 years from the date of the sale, and
agree to submit to an audit upon request of the borough.
