I doubt anyone can read about Ralph Hatch and not feel good. Skip & Kim Reierson started the mini mt. marathon race 30 years ago and we're celebrating that volunteer commitment in the guide. If you haven't heard by now — this will be Fred Moore's 50th consecutive race and everyone is encouraged to wear pink on race day in honor of that accomplishment. It was a good first step and we look forward to more community engagement to continue to address the crime and illegal drug use. We recognize that the work that Seaview Community Services is doing is crucial to healthy recovery and look forward to how we all can help eliminate the stigma of addiction, therefore encouraging more people to seek help.
