RESOLUTION NO. 80-46
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO APPLY AND SIGN FOR CREDIT CARDS
WHEREAS, the City Manager is required to travel frequently; and
WHEREAS, the use of credit cards simplifies record keeping;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that the City Manager shall be authorized to apply and sign
for Master Charge and VISA credit cards for the City of Seward, with a credit
limit of $1000 per card and Clarence E. Johnson, City Manager shall be the only
authorized signatory.
