RESOLUTION NO. 8l-2
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF CERTAIN
CITY PROPERTY (Lot 4, Block 9, Cliff Addition)
WHEREAS, the property described in this Resolution has
been offered for public sale, and
It is in the public interest to complete the sale of
this property to the purchaser and for the price specified,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF SEWARD RESOLVES:

Original Townsite of the City of Seward, Alaska, according to
the plat thereof, filed as Plat No, 3 on April 22, 19l8, in the
Seward Recording District, Third Judicial District, State of
Alaska, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the South West corner on the alley
thence North 50,00 Ft" thence East l49,2l Ft, to
the westerly right-of-way of Government Road, thence
5l,Ol Ft. along a curve to the right having a
radius of l40,OO Ft" thence West l57,76 Ft. to
the point of Beginning, containing 7,752.72 square
feet more or less.
Section 2, The City Manager is authorized and
directed to execute a standard form quit claim deed upon receipt
of the purchase price,

This resolution takes effect 30 days after
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
