CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 81-3
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF CERTAIN CITY
PROPERTY,
WHEREAS, the property described in this Resolution has been
offerred for public sale, and
It is in the public interest to complete the sale of this
property to the purchaser and for the price specified.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF SEWARD RESOLVES:
Section 1. The property described as follows shall be
sold to Mr. Ralph Moody for the price of $7,500.00:
Lots 22 and 23, Block 10, Laubner Addition of the
Original Townsite of the of the City of Seward,
Alaska, according to the plat thereof, filed as
Plat No. 2 in 1914, in the Seward Recording District,
Third Judicial District, State of Alaska.
Section 2, The City Manager is authorized and directed
to execute a standard form quit claim deed upon receipt of the
purchase price,
Section 3, This resoltuion takes effect 30 days after
passage and posting.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEWARD, ALASKA this 9th day of February, 1981.
