Update for Todd Lance at 4th Ave.
Todd Lance came in to our office in the Fire Department Tuesday the 10th of September to give us an update on his
progress. I went down with him to his site to see what he had done so far.
These items has been worked on recently:
• 4 new windows just painted and ready to be installed at second floor
• Patching with cement on the exterior side of the second floor area to fix up uneven areas
• Old stucco removed at various places on the street side exterior
• New framing materials at the site for framing in the window openings this fall.
Todd is still planning to have the cover in front of his structure removed by the 15th of October and at that time will have
4 new windows installed and the exterior will have a new coat of paint on it.The first floor doors and window openings
will be boarded up for the season.
I was invited to come back in a couple of weeks to see the progress.Todd welcomed the idea of me, that time, bringing
Kyle Walker with the Seward journal so he could take a couple of pictures for the log.
I will do my best to give you another update as soon as I have one.
