Recommendations should include pro and con listings/discussions for each proposed site. These pro and cons should include for Council deliberation, but are not limited to, future planning, cost, location, accessibility, community desires, environmental, permitting, and other factors that evolve during the review and recommendation process. Locations can be examined in the Small Boat Harbor and also the Seward Marine Industrial Center, or other City Tidelands.
