*2. Appoint Mark Kansteiner, Patty Linville, Sue Faust, Gary Seese, and Kerry
Martin to the Election Board for the October 3, 2017 Municipal Election.
*3. Appoint Dorothy Osenga, Quentin Carr, Jennifer Carr, and Kristi Larson to the
Canvass Board for the October 3, 2017 Municipal Election.

Staff recommendation: after coming out of Executive Session, announce finalists and
direct the City Clerk to schedule interviews.
