CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 81- 20
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE SALARY FOR THE CITY MANAGER
AND RESCINDING ALL PRIOR RESOLUTIONS IN CONFLICT HEREWITH
WHEREAS, Clarence E. Johnson has been permanently appointed to
the position of City Manager for the City of Seward, Alaska, to perform,
or provide for the performance, of all of the duties of said office as
described in Section 5.4 of the Seward Home Rule Charter, Sections 2.30.050
and 2.30.060 of the Seward City Code, and as otherwise required by law;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that Clarence E. Johnson shall be compensated at the
rate of $4,708.08 per month, effective July 1, 1981; and, further, is
entitled to any additional fringe benefits pursuant to Chapter 17 of
the Seward City Code.
