CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 81- 21
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE SALARY FOR THE CITY CLERK/PERSONNEL OFFICER
AND RESCINDING ALL PRIOR RESOLUTIONS IN CONFLICT HEREWITH
WHEREAS, JoAnne E. Shanley has been permanently appointed to
the position of City Clerk for the City of Seward, Alaska, to perform,
or provide for the performance, of all of the duties of said office as
described in Section 5.5 of the Seward Home Rule Charter, Section 2.30.080
of the Seward City Code, and as otherwise required by law, and
WHEREAS, JoAnne E. Shanley has also been designated as the
Personnel Officer for the City of Seward, Alaska, to perform, or provide
for the performance, of all of the duties of said office as described
in Sections 2.40.350 and 2.40.360 of the Seward City Code, and as other-
wise required by law;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that JoAnne E. Shanley shall be compensated at the
rate of $3,075.25 per month, effective July 1, 1981; and, further, is
entitled to any additional fringe benefits pursuant to Chapter 17 of the
Seward City Code.
