1. Resolutions 2019-098 through 2019-108, Adopting The 2020-2021 City of Seward
Biennial Budget. These resolutions are having a first public hearing tonight, and will
come back for a second public hearing and approval on December 9, 2019.
2. Resolution 2019-097, Authorizing The City Manager To Enter Into A Special
Contract With The Seward Association For The Advancement Of Marine Science
(SAAMS) For Adjusted Electric Rates.
